IT Project Coordinator

• Send pre-deployment communications to each rollout group, following direction from the Project Manager.
• Track and maintain documentation of rollout activities, including deployment actions and user onboarding/enablement.
• Review internally created franchisee training materials for accuracy (walk through the steps and validate the content).
• Support additional CRM-related project tasks as needed; candidates with strong CRM fundamentals may be able to take on expanded responsibilities.
• Support definition of scope, outcomes, dependencies, and resource needs in collaboration with leadership and external stakeholders
• Maintain project plans, track deliverables, monitor progress, and help remove blockers to keep work moving.
• Surface risks early, document issues, and partner with the team on mitigation and escalation paths.
• Provide clear updates, meeting notes, action items, and status reporting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in a technical project management experience
• Experience supporting or coordinating multiple technology projects in parallel (software, systems, infrastructure, and/or security work).
• Familiarity with at least one project delivery approach (iterative or phased delivery models) and comfort working within defined governance.
• Working knowledge of IT environments (CRM’s, applications, networks, systems, SDLC concepts, integrations, etc.)-enough to partner effectively with technical teams.
• Strong follow-through, ability to manage competing priorities, tactful stakeholder management, and confidence navigating conflict or ambiguity.
• Preferred: Industry certifications like the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or CompTIA Project+
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems OR additional experience can substitute a degree
