User Administration

Requirements

5+ years of IT Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365
Azure AD (Entra ID) user administration
Intune/Endpoint Manager for device management
SharePoint administration and support
Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android troubleshooting
SaaS applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and mFax
Ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience providing Tier II/III technical support
