Data Solutions Analyst

• Education & Experience: Bring a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Engineering-or substitute with 2-5 years of experience in analytics, business systems, or process automation.
• Core Analytics Background: 3+ years of experience in a BI, data analyst, reporting automation, dashboard development, or related technical analytics role.
• Automation & Scripting Skills: Hands-on experience using Python, JavaScript, and/or Google Apps Script to automate reporting processes, transform data, or improve business workflows.
• Power BI Expertise: Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting logic, data modeling, and maintaining business-facing reports.
• Advanced Spreadsheet Tools: Advanced Google Sheets experience, including complex formulas, structured reporting templates, data validation, and workflow support., * Workflow Automation Tools: Experience with KNIME or Alteryx for workflow automation and data transformation.
• Enterprise & Platform Systems: Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, standard SAP reporting/export processes, and Google BigQuery or similar data platforms.
• WMS & Data Integration: Familiarity with Körber WMS (or other warehouse management systems) along with experience handling API integrations or automated data feeds.
• Process Improvement: Foundational knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Web Basics & Design: Basic experience with HTML or web-based content structure and exposure to data modeling concepts for dashboard development.
