Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise data solutions for HR and payroll reporting. The ideal candidate will work with SAP platforms, Azure cloud technologies, and analytics tools to build scalable data pipelines, enable reporting, and support business intelligence initiatives., * Analyze HR and payroll reporting requirements.

• Design end-to-end system and integration architecture connecting SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with analytics platforms.
• Develop ABAP extraction and integration components for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Build enterprise data flows using SAP HANA, SAP BW/BW4HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
• Design and implement cloud-based data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Databricks.
• Implement security controls, monitoring, and data governance practices.
• Publish datasets to support Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
• Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies, including technical documentation and deployment coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field.
• At least 1 year of experience with the required SAP, Azure, data engineering, and analytics technologies listed below.
