Job description

  • Ganzheitliche IT-Leitung: Sie führen beide IT-Bereiche fachlich sowie disziplinarisch und richten die gesamte IT-Strategie an den Zielen unseres Unternehmens aus.
  • Fokus Application Management (ERP & KI): Sie treiben die Modernisierung und Optimierung unserer ERP-Landschaft voran. Zudem identifizieren Sie Potenziale für den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) zur Automatisierung und Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Fokus Infrastruktur & Security: Sie verantworten die Stabilität, Skalierbarkeit und Hochverfügbarkeit unserer Netzwerke und Cloud-Systeme. Sie implementieren modernste Cyber-Security-Strategien zum Schutz unserer Unternehmensdaten.

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, IT-Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung in strukturierten IT-Organisationen sowie im Projektmanagement.
  • Tiefes Verständnis im Applikationsumfeld, insbesondere mit modernen ERP-Systemen und ersten Berührungspunkten oder starkem Interesse an KI-Technologien im Business-Kontext.
  • Fundiertes Fundament in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur und moderne Cyber-Security-Standards.
