  • strategische Weiterentwicklung des Customer Portals und zentraler Core-Funktionen
  • Anforderungsmanagement inklusive User Stories und Spezifikationen
  • Entwicklung von Service Blueprints sowie Portal- und Plattformlösungen
  • Integration von CRM-, Stammdaten- und Systemlandschaften
  • KPI-basierte Analysen, Roadmap-Management und Priorisierung
  • Stakeholder-Management inklusive IT, Fachbereiche und Partnern
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen digitaler Kundenportale

Requirements

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung mit dem Portal-, Produkt- oder Projektmanagement digitaler Lösungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit zentralen IT-Systemen, insbesondere CRM-Systemen und Master-Data-Lösungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit agilen Arbeitsweisen und Tools wie Jira und Confluence
  • strategische und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise sowie Problemlösungs- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
