Job description

Design modern, scalable software architectures that align business needs, technical standards, and engineering best practices, while providing technical leadership to development teams throughout solution delivery.

What You’ll Be Leading

Design software architectures considering scalability, security, availability, integration, and performance.
Define technical standards, design patterns, and development best practices across projects.
Design APIs and integration strategies following OpenAPI and modern architecture standards.
Support pre-sales activities through solution design and technical estimations.
Provide technical guidance to development teams during implementation.
Align architectural decisions with technical and business stakeholders.
Produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies., * Hybrid work model

Requirements

English proficiency: B2 or higher.
7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in software architecture or technical leadership roles.
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects across Agile/traditional methodologies, On-Premise, and Cloud environments.
Strong expertise in Java / Spring Framework.
Proven experience designing architectures such as Microservices, Hexagonal, Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS, SOA, and Serverless.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Message Brokers.
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
API design expertise using REST / OpenAPI and software design patterns.
Familiarity with Git / Jira.
Ability to influence technical decisions, manage stakeholders, and mentor engineering teams.
