Job description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Java applications using Java 11+, Spring Boot, microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Design secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Define application, API, integration, deployment, and operational architecture.
Develop API-first and event-driven architectures using REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
Establish architecture standards, engineering best practices, and technical governance.
Guide engineering teams through design, development, deployment, and production support.
Drive CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and DevOps best practices.
Design observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, Jaeger, or Zipkin.
Conduct architecture reviews, modernization initiatives, cloud migration strategies, and technical assessments.
Mentor technical teams and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver enterprise solutions.

Requirements

Extensive experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, and enterprise application architecture.
Strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), API gateways, and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
Experience with Jenkins, GitOps, ArgoCD, Terraform, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of scalability, security, performance, resilience, and observability.
Excellent client-facing communication, technical leadership, and architecture governance experience.
