JUNIOR DIGITAL DESIGNER - LAUNCHES & CAMPAIGNS

The Canyon Digital Design team is on the hunt for a talented, enthusiastic, and visually driven Junior (Digital) Designer to help us bring our world-class bike launches, global campaigns, and brand activations to life.

In this role, you will become part of the creative engine behind how our brand speaks to millions of cyclists worldwide across our e-commerce and email platforms. You aren’t just placing images on a page; you will learn to craft the digital visual narratives that make people fall in love with cycling.

This is a highly creative and fast-paced marketing and campaign design role. Your focus will be on visual storytelling, digital asset execution, and rich media content. You will work closely with our Product Design (UX/UI) team, utilizing their established design systems and component templates. This means you won’t be building wireframes, complex user interfaces, or coding checkout flows-instead, you can focus entirely on learning how to execute stunning visual layouts and high-impact digital campaign materials within a proven framework.

Support Visual Storytelling

Learn to translate big creative campaign concepts into engaging, beautiful digital experiences for product launches and global sales promotions.

Multi-Platform Execution

Assist in creating a wide range of rich digital assets including static graphics, motion snippets, brief animations, and email layouts.

Campaign Experience Layouts

Assist in building out landing pages and digital customer pathways on Canyon.com using our existing modular e-commerce design system.

Collaborate and Learn

Work side-by-side with, and learn from, our world-class photo studio, copywriters, marketing teams, and senior designers to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

Optimize through Feedback

Review performance data and team feedback to continuously iterate on your designs, developing a sharp eye for what looks incredible and converts effectively.

We are searching for an incredibly enthusiastic person who is genuinely willing and eager to learn. You are proactive, organized, and collaborative by nature. You love sketching out visual ideas, are hungry for professional feedback, and are excited to develop your craft alongside industry experts.

It’s a big plus if you are a keen cyclist with a strong affinity for cycling culture. You understand what motivates bike tribes and can apply that knowledge to help deliver compelling visual design. If you don’t ride yet, a genuine curiosity to learn the culture is a must!

A promising relevant portfolio showcasing foundational design work, personal projects, university assignments, or internship case studies that demonstrate a clean eye for typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.

A basic, solid understanding of layout hierarchy, web design formatting, and digital best practices.

Excitement about working within a multi-disciplinary team environment alongside photographers, copywriters, and senior creatives.

A willingness to work within established design systems and Figma components, treating guidelines as a canvas for creativity rather than a constraint.

Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with video editing tools is a clear bonus.
