Job description
- Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning business objectives with technical capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, Salesforce developers, architects, QA, and project management teams.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring delivery of high-value features.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize Salesforce processes and user experience.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and KPIs to support business objectives.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful production releases.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend new features that add business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years as a Salesforce Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce product backlogs and Agile delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing priorities using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
