Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC
Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agent force
Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred, * Stakeholder management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Agile/Scrum facilitation
Prioritization and decision-making
