Job description

Facilitate Agile events and project delivery using Scrum methodologies.
Mentor and coach Scrum teams to enhance performance and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, delivery leads, and business partners.
Support the adoption and proficiency of Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Remove impediments, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Scrum Master certification preferred.
Extensive experience leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong technical background, including experience with SDLC and SOA projects.
Proficiency with AI-enabled tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Ativo, and Microsoft Copilot.
