End User Support Technician

We are seeking an End User Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support across a manufacturing environment. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while supporting end users and ensuring reliable IT operations across multiple systems and facilities., · Provide onsite and remote technical support (hardware, software, network)

· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment

· Support network infrastructure including cabling, switches, and connectivity

· Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues

· Maintain documentation, ticketing updates, and system records

· Support plant systems including barcode scanners, VoIP phones, and wireless networks

· Train end users and provide general IT guidance
