Web Designer

The salary range for this position is $51,700-$55,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements., * 1-3 years of experience in web development and design

• Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
• Proficient in Internet production tools
• Working knowledge of ASP, HTML, XML, Visual Basic or Java desirable
• Working knowledge in WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and website reporting tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent ability to use design practices, modeling and system documentation
• On-going ability to learn new methods and technologies and implement them
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a creative team
• Strong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize work
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public
