Requirements

  • Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server OS, particularly Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V virtual environments.
  • Experience installing and maintaining MS Office 365 products and Exchange email accounts.
  • Experience with standard switching and routing configurations. Particularly VLANs, LACP, STP/RSTP, and site-to-site VPNs and firewall policies.
  • Experience maintaining and supporting PBX/VoIP phone systems (Sangoma, GrandStream, Webex, Etc.), * Associate (Preferred)
