As a Senior Manager, People Communications and Change Management reporting to the Communications Leader for People@Nasdaq, youâll play a critical role in telling a compelling, cohesive, and aligned narrative about the various programs, policies, and benefits we offer. Youâll also partner closely with Nasdaqâs People Experience team to communicate about our People Promise-the expression of what itâs like to work at Nasdaq-to candidates and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for leading change and communication strategy, consultation, and delivery for high-profile, mission-critical projects at the enterprise, division or expert team, and local level. These projects are crucial to Nasdaqâs continued success and the further development of our business growth strategy.
Youâll thrive in this position if youâre a highly collaborative, creative, data-driven, and product-minded strategic thinker and HR communications expert who brings a global mindset and passion for communication, change management, and employee engagement to a fast-paced, high-impact environment., * Provide strategic communications consultancy to stakeholders and own the end-to-end execution of communications key projects across the People@Nasdaq portfolio and beyond, including significant change management iniatitives, new program launches, workforce and location strategy initiatives, regional and local statutory requirements, and more. This includes communication and change management planning, drafting and delivery, channel optimization, and/or coordinating with other Nasdaq or third-party partners, as necessary.

Partner closely with the People@Nasdaq Communications Leader to bring to life the People Team mission, vision, and thematic narrative to increase employee understanding of, and appreciation for, Nasdaqâs compelling total offer of benefits and other programs and rewards in a consistent way across all channels.

end-to-end thinking and an âoutcomes-over-output mindsetâ to help design, document, influence, and communicate about all facets of signature People@Nasdaq workflows/experiences, such as onboarding or promotions, collaborating closely with the product/program owner - and across all areas of People Team - to ensure a holistic, thoughtful, and best-in-class user experience for key moments in the employee lifecycle.

Employ a continuous improvement mindset to suggest, test, and implement âwhitespaceâ ideas to elevate the People@Nasdaq communications channels with an eye towards innovation and improving stakeholder engagement with, and understanding of, key concepts and relevant topics.

Coordinate closely with the M&A Lead and PMO Lead for People@Nasdaq for all mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other M&A activities, including the creation and curation of defined M&A playbooks to facilitate employee understanding and reduce disruption and risk during times of transition, ultimately enabling the desired business outcomes associated with the deal.

Work closely with the People@Nasdaq Communications Leader to develop the agenda, promote, and facilitate large-scale People@Nasdaq Communications events including a global Manager Forum, âAsk Me Anythingâ all-hands, and internal People Team all-hands town halls.

Leverage AI-assisted tools to create better deliverables and enable greater efficiency while enhancing with quality, consistency, and creativity of people team communication campaigns.

Serve as the AI subject expert for People@Nasdaq communications team, which includes scouting new available AI technologies, developing application use cases and strategies, and optimizing the suite of AI tools in use to produce better outcomes based on company- and topic-specific preferences and parameters.
Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in communications, human resources, marketing, or a related field.

7-10+ years of experience in a corporate communications-related role, preferably with an HR focus.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, impactful employee engagement and change management campaigns across the HR space.

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, lead cross-functional initiatives.

Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments who can translate complex information and ideas for a diverse global audience.

Exceptional communication skills, including experience liaising with and influencing senior leadership.

Working knowledge of agile methodologies and applying AI-powered tools to communications workflows and outputs.

Growth mindset, constant curiosity to learn, and relentless passion for elevating the HR communication function, outcomes for stakeholders, and overall engagement of the companyâs global workforce.
Preferred Qualifications

Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI or similar) and/or experience desired.

Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.
This position will be based in New York, NY, USA and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement at least three days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $101,000 - $177,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
