IT Engineer (In Office)

· Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.

· Assist users with technical inquiries and provide training on new technologies.

· Implement and maintain security protocols to protect systems and data.

· Regularly conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments.

· 24/7/365 support of all offices and systems.

We are interested in a passionate, self-motivated individual to help us out with our infrastructure needs. you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. The ideal job seeker has at least 1 year of experience. This position entails working in a small team environment, and being able to handle multiple roles that will shift over time. This is an in person role, remote/hybrid will not be considered., · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.

· Proficiency in virtualization technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience maintaining Office 365, Active Directory and VPN services.

· Strong knowledge of Cisco networking products and protocols.

· Ability to implement security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and threats.
