TLC is an IT/Sharp copier dealership that is looking to add to our team. The ideal candidate will have a hybrid role with IT experience and training to grow the managed services side plus have copier repair knowledge.
To join our team you must enjoy working with people both remotely over the phone or video to solve IT issues quickly. Onsite calls are also a must.
Your advanced technical skills and knowledge will include, but not limited to:
Sharp, HP or Xerox experience preferred but will consider all qualified candidates.
Diagnose and resolve issues and problems with IT hardware and software.
Install, configure and/or update authorized software or firmware.
Assist in Hardware asset deployments and management.
Great driving record a must. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Demonstrated Knowledge and Abilities:
2 + years of Windows 10 experience, MSOffice, Office 365, G Suite , Google Workspace
2 + years of troubleshooting PC, Laptop. Server, Printing, hardware and connectivity
2 + years of troubleshooting desktop, web based, mobile, and virtual software applications
2 + years of basic network implementation and troubleshooting experience
2 + years of remote desktop application experience via Teams, Zoom, or other remote support tools
Excellent customer service skills.
Certifications Preferred (one or more):
MTA Windows Operating System Fundamentals or equivalent
MTA Networking Fundamentals or equivalent, * Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Raleigh-Durham, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
