Job description

This IT Support Technician position offers the best of both worlds - working remotely to handle support tickets and providing onsite service to our valued clients when needed. The ideal candidate is a dependable, resourceful problem-solver who’s eager to grow in the IT field and can communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams., * Provide remote and onsite technical support to business clients

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues (hardware/software)
  • Install, configure, and support common business applications
  • Perform Microsoft 365 user management and email troubleshooting
  • Support printers and scanners, including IP configuration and network setup
  • Assist with light network tasks related to routing, switching, and wireless
  • Maintain clear, concise documentation in our ticketing system
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We’re growing quickly and looking to expand our team with a reliable and motivated technician who’s ready to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., * 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

  • Working knowledge of Windows OS and business-class hardware
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and domain environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot and configure networked printers
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DHCP, routers/switches)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for onsite visits, * Experience in an MSP or service desk setting
  • Exposure to firewalls, especially SonicWALL
  • Familiarity with RMM/PSA tools
  • Server OS experience (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
  • Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft AZ-900, etc.)
