ASSIGNMENT: The successful candidate(s) will serve as the technical lead for enterprise case management and reporting applications used by judges and non-judicial personnel statewide. The candidate will maintain existing infrastructure and applications, as well as architect new software solutions that align with the objectives of the assigned projects. Ideal candidates combine technical depth with leadership experience and the ability to guide complex, long-term application development. Experience with Java and/or C#, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, SQL, TomEE, and ASP.NET is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS: One year of service in the Associate Computer Applications Programmer title; or Bachelor’s degree in
