Cloud Migration Team Lead

We are looking for a Cloud Migration Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end migration process for Project Ascend customers. With thousands of customers transitioning to the cloud, this role will be responsible for ensuring migrations stay on track, customers receive the support they need, and internal processes continue to improve., * Manage the cloud migration lifecycle from start to finish.

• Assist customers with completing migration forms when needed.
• Monitor migration progress and help resolve issues when migrations encounter challenges.
• Manage migration scheduling through Microsoft Bookings.
• Maintain and update the Project Ascend master Smartsheet with accurate, current information.
• Serve as a point of contact for cloud migration questions and route inquiries to the appropriate teams (Support, Sales, etc.) when necessary.
• Lead and coordinate the efforts of four contractors supporting the migration initiative.
• Identify stalled migrations and proactively engage customers who are delaying or reluctant to move forward.
• Continuously improve migration processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on assistance when needed to keep migrations moving successfully.

Reporting Structure

• Responsible for leading and coordinating a team of four contractors dedicated to migration efforts.

• High migration completion rates.
• Reduced number of stalled or delayed migrations.
• Accurate and up-to-date project tracking.
• Improved customer satisfaction throughout the migration process.
• Ongoing process enhancements that streamline the migration experience for customers and internal teams.

• Experience leading or coordinating teams and collaborating across functions such as Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Demonstrated success improving processes, removing operational bottlenecks, and using project management tools to track progress and drive results.
