Technical Specialist_Immigration and Travel

As a Technical Specialist - QA, you will play a key role in supporting quality assurance and software testing activities for healthcare technology projects. Responsibilities: -

• To help coordinate the software testing activities for various software application and computer system development projects.

• Interact with business users to identify software requirements and testing needs.

• Provide feedback to stakeholders on Quality Assurance (QA) requirements for different project aspects.

• Participate in continuous process improvement to enhance existing software.

• Write and execute test cases and test plans.

• Prepare test scripts and set up the appropriate testing environment.

• Support the analysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases, test procedures, and test suites.

2 years, Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of IT experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service., The two years of IT experience must include experience with Agile, SQL Server, JIRA, Confluence & HL7.
