Technical Specialist_Immigration and Travel

As a Manager (UX Designer), you will collaborate with healthcare clients, business users, and cross-functional teams to understand business and user experience requirements for healthcare software applications and digital solutions Responsibilities: -

• To coordinate with clients in the U.S. healthcare industry on the business and user experience requirements for software systems and web applications.

• Conduct usability research, study user behavior, and utilize the findings to enhance and refine the product.

• Develop project documents, including user personas, journey maps, process flowcharts, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, affinity diagrams, information architecture, and prototypes.

• Act as the liaison between users and technical teams.

• Research and design future user experience solutions.

• Work with other team members to conduct demonstrations for existing and potential clients to highlight software offerings and capabilities.

2 years, * Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of IT experience

• In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post bachelor’s IT experience.

Skills: -

• One of the two years must include experience with Axure RP, Figma, Miro Board, Java and Visual Studio.
