Senior Communications Consultant - Enterprise AI | Internal Communications | Change Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Consultant to support our Enterprise AI organization. This role will lead enterprise-wide communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise communications, change management, employee engagement, executive communications, and digital transformation. Experience supporting Enterprise AI initiatives is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI communication strategies.
• Translate complex AI initiatives into clear, engaging communications.
• Create content for newsletters, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, intranet, and digital signage.
• Develop communication plans for AI training programs, AI Days of Learning, AI Immersion Week, and Hackathons.
• Drive employee awareness and adoption of Enterprise AI initiatives.
• Partner with Enterprise AI, IT, HR, and Corporate Communications teams.
• Support organizational change management and technology adoption.
• Create executive communications, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and announcements.
• Maintain communication calendars and manage multiple communication channels.
• Track communication engagement metrics and continuously improve communication effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Enterprise/Internal Communications experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong executive communications and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing enterprise communication channels.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters, or intranet platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Enterprise AI or AI adoption initiatives.
• Experience communicating AI or Digital Transformation programs.
• Experience with employee engagement campaigns.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide training and events.
