Join a major commercial insurance provider as a senior-level change management consultant driving enterprise initiatives focused on AI literacy, adoption, and organizational transformation. This role partners closely with business leaders, underwriting, operations, HR, and communications teams to execute large-scale change across the organization., * Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across multiple business units

• Drive stakeholder alignment, leadership engagement, and adoption strategies
• Design and execute communication, training, and change interventions
• Assess organizational impact, risks, and readiness for transformation initiatives
• Develop and deliver executive-level communications and messaging
• Partner with underwriting, operations, HR, and communications teams
• Measure effectiveness of change initiatives using data, feedback, and adoption metrics
• Identify gaps and continuously improve change strategies and processes

Do you have experience in Strategic communications?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5-8+ years of experience in change management and/or communications

• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives
• Strong executive communication and content development skills
• Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, concise messaging
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures

Preferred Experience

• Experience with AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology adoption
• Background in underwriting, operations, or insurance environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with M365 Copilot or other generative AI tools

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Change Management, or related field required
• Advanced degree preferred
