  • Collect and help analyze data from condition-based monitoring tools (such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, and thermography).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and maintenance, to learn plant processes and support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Participate in training and shadowing opportunities to build foundational knowledge in precision maintenance and reliability engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in reliability engineering, industrial manufacturing, or plant maintenance.
  • Proven experience executing reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCFA, and Fault Tree Analysis.
  • High proficiency in utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms.
  • Theoritacal knowledge of condition-monitoring technologies and non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Familiarity with relevant U.S. engineering and industry codes (e.g., ASME, API, ANSI)., * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
