HRIS Analyst

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization’s UKG HRIS platform, including system configuration, workflows, and security.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Configure and maintain employee data, organizational structures, security roles, workflows, and business processes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
• Create, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using UKG reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, validation, and system testing.
• Support system upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature implementations.
• Coordinate testing for system enhancements and integrations.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations by ensuring accurate HR data and reporting.
• Assist with HRIS projects, implementations, data migrations, and process automation initiatives.
• Train HR staff and end users on system functionality and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HRIS administration or HR technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions, or other UKG platforms.
