Job description
- You collaborate with global IT colleagues on various IT/digital projects and activities around the world.
- You create presentations to support stakeholder management (e.g. management reports, decision documents).
- You support in the coordination of team meetings and workshops (including pre-meeting preparation, documentation of results, etc.).
- You prepare internal and external IT communication on a wide variety of topics by gaining insights from subject matter experts/colleagues in the global IT organization, conducting desktop research, etc..
- You work in the CIO Office and support the CIO with project management, stakeholder management, and various ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- You are studying marketing, business administration, business psychology or similar studies in an advanced semester, and you already gained some practical experience during other internships or student jobs in a similar field.
- You have experience with Microsoft Office programs; you have advanced skills in PowerPoint.
- You are extremely organized and you have strong planning/coordination skills.
- You are reliable and self-motivated with a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluent in English, German is a plus.
