Job description

Support utilisateurs VIP :

  • Assurer le support de proximitĂ© auprĂšs des utilisateurs.
  • Diagnostiquer et rĂ©soudre les incidents matĂ©riels et logiciels.
  • PrĂ©parer et dĂ©ployer les postes de travail.
  • Installer les nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • GĂ©rer les comptes utilisateurs et les droits d’accĂšs.

Requirements

Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expĂ©rience sur un poste similaire.

Vous avez une bonne maßtrise des éléments techniques suivants : LAN, Microsoft Windows 11, VIP support, Microsoft 365, ITIL, service desk
