eClinicalWorks IT Administrator

A healthcare organization is seeking a skilled EMR Administrator to oversee, optimize, and support its electronic health record system, eClinicalWorks (eCW)., * Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the organization’s eClinicalWorks system

• Lead system configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing optimization efforts
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for clinical and administrative users
• Design and deliver EMR training for new hires and existing staff, including refresher sessions and workflow updates
• Manage EMR-related projects, including enhancements, integrations, and process improvements

Do you have experience in Project coordination?, * Demonstrated experience administering or supporting an Electronic Medical Record system, with strong preference for eClinicalWorks

• Must have training experience in EMR
• Prior experience in a dedicated EMR/EHR-focused role (e.g., EMR Administrator, EHR Analyst, eCW Super User)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment
• Background in end-user training, workflow analysis, project coordination, or system optimization strongly preferred, * eClinicalWorks/EMR Training: 2 years (Preferred)
• eClinicalWorks: 3 years (Preferred)
• Healthcare Setting: 4 years (Preferred)
