IT Administrator

In the position of IT Administrator (m/f/d), you will work either hybrid (three days per week) or working entirely on site in Rødby or Puttgarden.In this role, you will support the day-to-day operation of the store systems and provide on-site support for IT-related issues at the locations.

In particular, you will:

• Provide first-level support for IT faults and user requests on site and resolve standard issues directly
• Provide rapid, hands-on support for time-critical incidents and escalate more complex issues to Central IT
• Set up, replace and maintain IT hardware, and prepare workstations for new staff, staff changes and organisational changes
• Coordinate hardware repairs with external service providers and manage replacement equipment
• Carry out basic checks on workstation set-ups, network connectivity and meeting room equipment
• Manage till and shop systems, train staff, and monitor data transfers and till reconciliations to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Implement shop system updates and contribute to the improvement of IT-supported processes

• experience in IT systems, on-site support, or retail system environments
• a solid understanding of computer systems and hands-on troubleshooting experience in hardware and software topics
• strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholder groups
• an organized, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace setups, and network connectivity
• a service-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks and handle time-critical issues reliably
