SVP - Lead Business Architect, Finance Transformation

Seeking a Senior Vice President, Lead Business Architect to help shape the strategic direction of a multi-year Finance Transformation program. This leader will be responsible for defining and driving target-state business architecture across enterprise finance functions while influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Technology.

The ideal candidate brings significant experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within banking or financial services environments and possesses the executive presence necessary to drive alignment across complex organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can connect finance process transformation, enterprise data strategy, and business outcomes at scale.

Bachelor’s degree required. Extensive experience leading large-scale finance transformation programs within banking or financial services. Deep expertise in business architecture, process architecture, finance operations, and enterprise data flows. Strong understanding of general ledger, accounting processes, reconciliation, data governance, and financial reporting. Demonstrated success driving organizational change and executive-level stakeholder alignment. Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills. Experience supporting ERP, finance platform, Oracle, SAP, or related transformation initiatives from a business strategy perspective rather than a technical implementation perspective.
