Requirements

Meijer Great Lakes Limited Partnership has multiple openings for a Sr. Principal Data Scientist in Grand Rapids, MI. Lead the overall enterprise data science strategy to deliver drive in-store and digital merchandising, marketing, customer loyalty, and operational performance; define, document & follow best practices & approve for ML/AI development. Leads non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as security, reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, and usability related to data science. Define and analyze Key Performance Indicators to monitor the usage, adoption, health and value of the data products. Architect, design, and lead the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models for data science capability within Digital Services, Merchandising, Marketing, Pharmacy, Supply Chain and Operations. Req: Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field. 5 Years experience in a Data Science. Experience with Python, Databricks, Azure, R, SQL, Teradata , PySpark, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Experience working with large datasets and developing ML/AI systems.
