SAP PTP Consultant

• We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM PTP Consultant with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and SAP MM.
• The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams., * Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP S/4HANA MM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management solutions.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Design workshops, gather business requirements, document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure procurement processes including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Subcontracting, Consignment, and External Services Procurement.
• Configure and support Inventory Management, including goods movements, inventory valuation, batch management, special stocks, physical inventory, and cycle counting.
• Ensure compliance, process optimization, and operational efficiency across procurement and inventory lifecycles.
• Integrate SAP MM with FI, CO, WM/EWM, and PP to ensure seamless financial postings and inventory transactions.
• Develop and support RICEFW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Collaborate with ABAP teams on functional specifications, development reviews, testing, and defect resolution.
• Support integrations using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and OData services.
• Lead Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
• Lead onsite/offshore teams, manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and provide regular status updates.
• Drive SAP Fiori adoption for procurement and inventory processes and recommend process improvements leveraging SAP S/4HANA innovations.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management
• Experience integrating MM with FI, CO, WM/EWM, and PP
• 8 10 years of experience with RICEFW objects and collaboration with ABAP teams
• Strong client-facing experience in Procurement and Supply Chain
• 4 5 years leading onsite/offshore delivery teams
• 3 4 years of SAP Fiori experience for MM and Procurement
• Working knowledge of SAP PM and EPPM/Project Systems (PS), including Maintenance Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Network Orders, and WBS

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP PM and EPPM/Project Systems (PS)
• Energy/Oil & Gas/Utilities industry experience

Certification (Required) Active SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Certification Key skills: SAP Procure-to-Pay, S/4HANA, MM, RICEFW, SAP Fiori, Inventory Management
