Maximo Mobile Analyst

The Maximo Mobile Analyst will support and enhance the use of IBM Maximo mobile applications within electric utility operations. This role involves training end users, troubleshooting mobile field issues, and ensuring inspection activities align with utility plant operations. The analyst will work independently to manage multiple tasks while adhering to structured governance and quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot IBM Maximo Mobile, Spatial, Managing Inspections, and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) modules.
• Train end users on mobile application usage and best practices.
• Develop and suggest inspection activities tailored to Fossil, Hydro, and Transmission electric utility operations.
• Follow structured templates and governance requirements precisely.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo Mobile, Spatial, Managing Inspections, and Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, operational, or compliance-driven programs.
• Understanding of electric utility plant operations including Fossil, Hydro, and Transmission.
• Familiarity with project management tools and document control systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with mobile applications and Maximo in utility or transmission environments.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and standards.
