Maximo Mobile Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IBM Maximo Mobile experience who enjoys supporting end users, improving operational processes, developing inspection workflows, and working with technical and operations teams in a highly visible enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do

• Train field personnel on IBM Maximo Mobile and Spatial applications
• Develop, modify, and maintain digital inspection forms for utility operations
• Troubleshoot mobile application issues and provide end-user support
• Partner with operations teams to improve inspection workflows and field processes
• Assist with reviewing and enhancing existing inspection forms
• Prepare project documentation, SOPs, workflows, templates, and governance materials
• Track project deliverables, action items, deadlines, and program milestones
• Create reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
• Ensure documentation meets quality, compliance, and governance standards
• Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders across multiple departments

• 1-5 years of experience supporting IBM Maximo environments
• Hands-on experience with: IBM Maximo Mobile, Maximo Spatial, Managing Inspections, Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
• Experience training users on enterprise mobile applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality, * Experience supporting utility, energy, engineering, or industrial operations
• Understanding of power generation, transmission, substations, or plant operations
• Experience creating inspection workflows or digital inspection forms
• Familiarity with project management tools and document control systems
• Experience supporting compliance or governance-focused programs

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite in White Plains, NY

$35 an hour - Full-time, Contract
