381 - Senior Software Engineer

ARSIEM is looking for a motivated Senior Java Analytic Developer to support the exciting Geolocation and Data Integration mission. The developer will work closely with mission stakeholders to capture requirements and create innovative analytics and deploy solutions to customer supported tools to automate and enable data and metadata analysis.This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with customers to develop analytics based off artifacts, enrich data with various corporate sources, summarize data, and formulate results for downstream analytics and queries.

• Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery.

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent.

• Proficiency with object-oriented languages (JAVA, Python, C++) and experience with Jupyter Notebooks, GHOSTMACHINE, and Query Time Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws., Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
