Digital Security & Network Technician

Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you will support the security, maintenance, and performance of our client’s network infrastructure and IT systems. You will gain valuable hands-on experience protecting business systems, supporting retail operations, and helping safeguard customer and company data.

The successful candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to learn, and committed to developing a career within cybersecurity and networking.

KEY DUTIES

· Assist in monitoring IT systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

· Support the investigation and escalation of security alerts and incidents.

· Help maintain endpoint protection, antivirus, and security software.

· Assist with user access management and password security processes.

· Support the implementation of cybersecurity policies and best practices.

· Help promote cybersecurity awareness across the business.
