PLN Network & Professional Consulting Ltd is seeking a Director of Network Operations to lead the strategic management of enterprise network infrastructure and technology operations. What you’ll do:
- Lead and oversee enterprise network operations and infrastructure services.
- Develop and implement network strategies that support business growth and technology objectives.
- Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of network infrastructure.
- Oversee network monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and technology improvement projects.
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver reliable and secure technology solutions.
- Manage IT service providers, technology vendors, and operational budgets.
- Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
- Analyse operational performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with technology standards, security policies, and operational best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in network operations, IT infrastructure, technology services, systems administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or senior management experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, network security, or IT service management is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organisational, and strategic leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technology initiatives and operational priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
