You will be working alongside our established technical architects, digital specialists, consulting and award-winning SAP delivery teams to help our clients scope & envision their future business model, build the case for change, design & build their S/4HANA-enabled transformation, and support the roll out and adoption.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal Contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & Development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Your Profile
As a specialist management consultant in the business, you will be responsible for the delivery of large-scale project workstreams, where you will own and lead E2E workstreams to enable client outcomes. Key expectations from this role include:
Running our Projects:
- Engage with Capgemini resources for the client to enable the identification and delivery of value, bringing the best resources to our clients.
- Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client.
- Ensure the quality of the work to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.
Growing the Digital Core Transformation consulting business:
- Support RFP/RFIs and broaden the footprint in existing client relationships.
- Develop and collate intellectual capital and points of view and create distinctive knowledge initiatives, which result in significant client impact and strengthen Capgemini Invent’s external reputation.
Requirements
This role requires a solid track record of business consulting engagements and E2E business transformation delivery for clients. As part the Intelligent Industry Supply Chain practice, industry expertise in CPRD (Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution), MALS (Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences) or Utilities sectors is also essential, to enable the growth of this capability in Capgemini Invent.
You will possess extensive experience of business process consulting in the OTC lifecycle and an ability to understand and articulate the business impact and implications of technology for client executives. This skillset enables the individual to discuss new technology and data-driven business models, and to lead the delivery of OTC workstream projects, leveraging the full suite of Capgemini’s products and services.
The Digital Core Transformation OTC Specialist is a self-motivated, highly analytical and strategic individual, who comes with a ‘hands-on’, pragmatic approach. You are a team player who enjoys a high degree of collaboration and innovative spirit., * Proven ability to be successful in a matrix organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in developing and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Currently working in a major consulting firm, and/or in industry but with a consulting background.
- Proven SAP S/4 HANA programme/project delivery with a focus on business transformation processes and activities in the OTC lifecycle; Purchasing, Order Management, Credit Management, Order Fulfilment, Order Shipping, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Reporting.
