Pre-Sales Lead / Manager - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI

Own the technical pre-sales function for our OCI practice - bridging prospective clients/partners and our delivery teams, and helping ITREE win new engagements. A ground-floor opportunity to build pre-sales at a growing firm.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical pre-sales for OCI hosting, migration, and managed services opportunities
• Build and present solution architectures, proposals, and capability decks
• Support RFP/RFI responses - scope, sizing, and technical narrative
• Represent ITREE’s delivery capability in joint pursuits with Oracle reseller/SI partners
• Maintain reusable pre-sales assets (decks, reference architectures, case studies)

Required:

• 6+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for cloud/infrastructure
• Hands-on OCI knowledge - architecture, hosting, migration, managed services
• Track record building and presenting technical proposals/RFP responses
• Strong communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working alongside OEM/reseller partner ecosystems

Preferred:

• Government/public-sector bid experience
• Oracle certifications (OCI Architect, OCI Foundations, or equivalent)
• Big 4 / consulting background
