SAP PP MM Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP PP MM Consultant to join our innovative supply chain team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP ERP systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management to optimize production planning, materials management, and logistics operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support our commitment to operational excellence through advanced analytics and lean methodologies., * Implement and configure SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules to align with business needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows, inventory demand forecasting, and procurement processes
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and develop effective solutions using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen principles
• Utilize SAP ERP, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle EBS for data analysis, reporting, and supply chain analytics to support demand forecasting and inventory management
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and supply chain efficiency
• Manage logistics inventory management activities including procurement negotiations, demand planning, and inventory control strategies
• Support the integration of ERP systems with logistics operations to enhance demand forecasting accuracy and production planning efficiency

• Proven experience working with SAP ERP systems, specifically SAP PP and MM modules in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), demand forecasting analysis, and inventory management techniques
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean management, Kaizen, and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle EBS for supply chain analytics
• Knowledge of logistics operations including procurement strategies, direct negotiation procurement, and inventory demand forecasting
• Background in manufacturing or production planning with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across teams
