THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking an Office Service Representative for one of our clients located in Red Wing, MN. The Office Service Representative is responsible for productivity monitoring, quality requirements, and quantity requirements, including finishing and binding printed products. This position works closely with manufacturing personnel and supports print production activities in a manufacturing environment., THE RIGHT STAFF wants to help you succeed! • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Adobe InDesign and print industry experience preferred
• Strong technical skills, including working within multiple systems and print drivers
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail skills
• Mature, dependable, and able to take direction while working independently
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment, communicating with production personnel, and adhering to safety requirements
• Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines consistently, Applicants selected for this position will be required to complete a background check and drug test. Successful completion of these assessments is required for further consideration.
