Print Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented UPS Print Specialist to join our creative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials across various formats and mediums, ensuring precision, color accuracy, and consistency. Your expertise will help bring visual concepts to life through expert machine operation, color management, and finishing techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology and contribute to the creation of impactful print advertising, packaging, and promotional materials., * Operate large-format printers, digital presses, flexo presses, and screen printing equipment with precision and efficiency.

• Manage color calibration and color management processes to ensure accurate reproduction across all print jobs.
• Interpret production documents, layouts, and design files using prepress software to prepare files for printing.
• Perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on industrial printing equipment to optimize performance.
• Execute cutting, paper binding, and finishing processes to meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to ensure print layouts are executed flawlessly from concept to final product.

• Strong knowledge of color management techniques and graphic design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Experience operating large-format printers, digital printing machines, flexo presses, and screen printing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude for adjusting industrial equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Understanding of prepress processes including layout design, typography, and print advertising standards.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately for efficient production workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail for quality control and consistency in print output.
