Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide insights and recommendations to support our business goals., Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including but not limited to sales data, market trends, and customer demographics

• Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems to support business operations and decision-making
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations to support business goals
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting to drive innovation and efficiency within the company

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in data mining, cleaning, and manipulation using SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
