Job description

Lead design and development of Java microservices (Spring Boot/Quarkus) on Google Cloud.
Drive integration of AI/ML and generative AI capabilities into sales applications.
Partner with innovation and data teams to operationalize AI into production systems.
Guide architecture decisions on APIs, event-driven design, and distributed systems.
Mentor developers on cloud-native, microservices, and AI integration patterns.
Conduct code reviews and champion CI/CD and DevSecOps best practices.
Help define standards for responsible AI adoption across the domain.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Practical exposure to Python-based services and ability to extend/refactor them.
Experience integrating AI/ML or generative AI services into production enterprise systems.
Understanding of security, governance, and responsible AI considerations.
Ability to influence architectural direction without direct supervisory authority.
Familiarity with prompt-based generative AI integration and AI service orchestration patterns.
