Job description

  • Architect, design, and lead development of enterprise Java applications and microservices
  • Define technical architecture and design patterns for scalable, high-availability, cloud-native systems
  • Lead integration of AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, GenAI, recommendation engines, or intelligent automation) into existing platforms
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives
  • Establish coding standards, architecture governance, and best practices
  • Conduct architecture/design reviews and code reviews
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability across the stack
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide root cause analysis

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect with strong expertise in cloud-native architecture and hands-on exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions to design and lead enterprise-grade applications. This role requires a blend of deep Java/backend architecture skills, cloud platform expertise, and the ability to integrate AI capabilities into scalable, production-grade systems., * Java: Expert-level Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices architecture

  • Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with AWS - architecture, deployment, and management of cloud-native applications
  • AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, or GenAI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or similar) into enterprise applications
  • APIs & Integration: REST/SOAP API design, API gateways, event-driven architecture
  • Databases: SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar)
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
  • Messaging/Streaming: Kafka or similar event-driven platforms
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault-tolerant design
  • Experience leading architecture decisions across cross-functional teams, * Cloud certification (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or equivalent)
  • Prior experience architecting AI-enabled enterprise platforms
  • Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration at scale
