Job description

A Tech Lead in this space is responsible for architecting and delivering high-performance, cloud-native applications while mentoring engineering teams. They bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions using modern Java and AWS serverless stacks., * Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Architecture & Design: Architect scalable microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+, implementing event-driven patterns and distributed workflows.
  • Cloud Implementation: Design and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, manage data storage with DynamoDB and S3, and handle infrastructure optimizations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps).
  • Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security and audit policies.

Technical Requirements

  • Backend: Deep expertise in Java 17 or higher and Spring Boot 3.x (including Spring Security, Data/JPA, and Cloud Function).
  • AWS Services:

  • Lambda: Building and optimizing serverless functions.
  • DynamoDB: Designing NoSQL schemas and optimizing data access.
  • S3: Managing object storage and integrating with Lambda (e.g., S3 Object Lambda).
  • Fundamentals: Strong grasp of IAM (least-privilege), VPCs, CloudWatch for observability, and API Gateway.
  • DevOps & Tools: Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
  • Databases: Solid understanding of both NoSQL (DynamoDB) and relational databases.
