Job description

  • Report directly to the Associate or Principal in charge
  • Produce diagrams, models, renderings, and drawings for internal study, design presentations, consultant coordination, or client presentations
  • Research and prepare presentation materials
  • Develop project documentation from schematic design through construction documents
  • Coordinate with various engineers and consultants as required for the successful completion of various phases of design

Requirements

The best candidates will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for design, good communication skills, and experience with construction documents and construction administration., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • 3-6 years of professional architecture experience
  • Experience with industry standard design software, including Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Enscape, is required
  • Experience with institutional and/or corporate projects is preferred
  • Familiarity with zoning and building codes is a plus
  • Experience coordinating with engineers and consultants is a plus
  • Licensed Architect is a plus, * Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about design
  • Comfortable working independently and as a collaborative, productive member of a team
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong graphic and verbal communication skills
  • Must live or be willing to relocate to the Portland, OR area.
