Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. In this work-from-home role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve business performance, and drive operational efficiency., * Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify business trends.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support business operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate workflows.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company security policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or analytics is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of databases and reporting systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
